I have the experience to share about a sleep therapy body wash from the Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy range. This is the ‘Black Chamomile’ variant that helps to wind off after a tiring day at the office or at home. I have previously reviewed the body cream from this range which worked wonders for my husband and me. Let’s see how this one came out.

How to use:
Use a dime size on a loofah and lather it and breathe deeply for a relaxing shower experience.
Packaging:
The body wash comes in a transparent plastic bottle and the wash itself is grey metallic shimmer which is quite uncommon and I like it a lot. The bottle is sturdy, but I won’t recommend it for travels.
My Experience with Bath and Body Works Black Chamomile Aromatherapy Body Wash & Foam Bath:
I have been using it for a couple of months now and this is my third bottle. But, somehow, I forgot to review it earlier. I have times when I am exhausted or stressed out and cannot go to sleep easily. The next day I wake up tired and distressed due to inadequate sleep. In fact, I was surprised to know from some friends that in the USA, you can get better sleeping aids, mainly over-the-counter medicine. :O I am more of a natural therapy believer.
So, I got this range of products instead. My hubby had a good laugh seeing the range of products saying how can a “wash” and a “lotion” help to sleep. I took a warm shower before bed and applied the wash, it was so soothing; I wish I could send the smell across the internet! The wash has shimmer in it but it disappears on application. I used my loofah to lather and took a deep breath as it helps relax and unwind the senses, after washing off I felt clean and nourished…not dry and patchy, unlike most body washes.
The smell is universal, so it’s not a floral or fruity smell that men can’t use. I won’t believe that it’s just a psychological effect because it really works. The smell stays on until the next morning if paired with the matching lotion or body cream. I have also convinced my hubby to use it and he had to eat his word when he ridiculed me for getting this. 😀 I am enjoying every bit of this Black Chamomile range of products, we all need this in our highly stressed out lives.
