Bath and Body Works Georgia Peach and Sweet Tea Body Lotion Review

Hello everyone,

After reviewing the shower gel from Bath and Body Works Georgia Peach and Sweet Tea range, I am here with the body lotion from the same signature fragrance family.  I liked the shower gel despite the fact that I am not a fruity fragrance person, may be that’s the magic of Bath and Body Works. Anyway, here’s the review of Bath and Body Works Georgia Peach and Sweet Tea Body Lotion.

Price:

$12.5 – It cost me $18 with shipping and taxes.

Packaging:  Bath and Body Works Georgia Peach and Sweet Tea Lotion comes in the regular design bottle by the brand. The plastic, transparent bottle has a bronze cap and houses the light peach colored body lotion. It is definitely a travel-friendly bottle. I like the imprints on the packaging.

My Experience with Bath and Body Works Georgia Peach and Sweet Tea Body Lotion:

The notes turned out to be somewhat different and better in the case of body lotion over the shower gel from the same range. The top notes as Bath and Body Works explains are Yellow Peach, Asian Pear, Purple Freesia, White Nectarine. I can easily sniff a lot of peach and a hint of apple in the lotion. For middle notes, they say Jasmine Petals, Apple Blossom, Sweet Pea, Sweet Tea. In my opinion, not every flower can be recognized as floral, splash isn’t overwhelming in this case. You can just feel that there is some floral touch to the fragrance. The dry notes are Blonde Woods, Vanilla Orchid, Iris, Creamy Musk, but I couldn’t find any woody or musky scent. Rather I think the peach fragrance continued here too.

Performance:  Bath and Body Works Georgia Peach and Sweet Tea Body Lotion gets thumbs up for the performance. The light peach body lotion is thick in consistency with whipped cream texture. The moisturizing level is so good that it will even suit dry skin. It makes my skin soft and hydrated, the moisture lasting into my skin for 4-5 hours on average. The fragrance is short lived and vanishes after two hours. It absorbs easily without and sticky or greasy feeling afterwards.

  1. The packaging is very lovely. Not into fruits and flowers when it comes to fragrances, but its notes are interesting.
