This review is about Bath and Body Works Love & Sunshine Shower Gel. No! I am not going to review all the products from this brand, will leave some for others too! 😛 I am reviewing a shower gel after quite a lot of time as it took me a while to finish all those I purchased and reviewed. Let’s see how this fresh bundle of fragrant shower gel fares for me.

My Experience with Bath and Body Works Love and Sunshine Shower Gel:

Packaging:
Bath and Body Works Love & Sunshine Shower Gel is available in travel size and full size ($12.5), both in the same packaging. Since I have to travel often, I intended to pick up travel size for my convenience (though carrying a shower gel and a loofah is such a headache!). I love the packaging. Vibrant, lively and bright yellow packaging with flowers all over it – simply love it! It is sturdy and travel friendly.

Notes:
Bath and Body Works Love & Sunshine Shower Gel is an overwhelming splash of fragrance in shower that leaves you stunned. A complete fresh feeling when you step out. The notes are slightly different than the Bath and Body Works Love & Sunshine Shower Fine Fragrance Mist. With top notes of fruits like strawberry, lemon and honey dew melon, you can easily recognize a citrus slash due to presence of lemon.

The middle notes are occupied by floral fragrances of daisies, lilies and honeysuckle. The floral fragrance notes make your day as they are overwhelming and leave a great impact on your mood. The lasting notes include coconut orchid, wood and musk. Overall, a matchless combination of fragrances for you to sniff and enjoy. This is a fresh and lively fragranced shower gel.

Performance:
The shower gel is lightly yellow colored, hardly noticeable when poured in palm. It has viscous texture and the consistency is towards watery side, unlike a body wash. Apart from these notes, the performance is great too. A small amount of shower gel lathers rich, cleanses the skin well and rinses off easily without any residue. It cleanses the skin making it soft and supple yet without drying it excessively. There is no greasy or residual feeling afterwards. Extremely dry skins will need a moisturizing agent afterwards though. The fragrance lingers on for an hour or two, but not more than that.
