My Experience with Bath and Body Works Moonlight Path Ultra Shea Body Cream:
Moonlight Path is one of the classic Bath and Body Works product. They have body lotion to hand wash to candles in this collection. I purchased the moonlight path body cream to assess the product. The Bath and Body Works Moonlight Path comes in a stunning navy blue plastic tube with flip cap. The cap closes with the click. The packaging is sturdy and leak proof. The tube is very travel friendly. The Bath and Body Works moonlight path body cream’s tube has a beautiful white flower design in the front and the back is listed with all the ingredients and claims.
The fragrance is specified as a “Stroll through a lush garden blend of fresh jasmine, blue violets, sheer lavender and soft musk.” Ahhh, that sounds just incredible and soothing. The scent comes out very musky. The scent somehow reminds me of Ponds Face Powder. You can easily smell the lavender notes when you first apply the cream on the skin. As the fragrance settles, you will notice the scent of musk. The fragrance lingers for 4 to 5 hours after which it fades.
The cream has a dense texture and is white in colour. The creams spreads evenly on the skin and gets absorbed instantly. It leaves my skin soft and supple and not greasy. This body cream has the goodness of Shea Butter, Aloe Butter and Cocoa butter which makes skin soft, smooth and hydrated. I usually use the cream twice a day i.e. after my morning bath and before night time for moisturizing my skin. The body cream stays on the skin for about 6 hours, so I don’t feel the 24 hours claim holds true.
Overall, I am really happy with Bath and Body Works Moonlight Path Body Cream.
