Hi everyone, :pompom:
Today I am going to review one of my favourite products and that is Bath and Body Works Night Blooming Jasmine Lotion. This lotion was gifted to me by my best friend who works in US. All my near and dear ones know that I am an ardent fan of jasmine fragrance and I just love that small white flower. I have deodorant, powders, creams, and perfumes which smell heavenly of jasmine. I am writing the post and I am getting mesmerised
Ok coming back to this lotion, I would describe it in one word as “awesome”. Let’s take a look at the review.
What the product claims?
Alluring, beautiful and mysterious, jasmine blooms only during the full moon, filling the air with intoxicating fragrance.
How to use? (As written on the bottle)
Daily beauty ritual: Smooth over skin to moisturise and fragrance
Ingredients: (divided into two parts on the bottle itself)
$9.50 for 236 ml, it comes in a translucent bottle with a twist up cap. There is a leaf and a jasmine printed on it which gives a fresh feeling though the designing could have been much better.
My take on the product
This is by far one of the best moisturising lotions I have come across. The bottle has a light pink lotion inside whose consistency is just right (neither too runny nor too thick). It exudes a very nice refreshing fragrance of jasmines which lingers for quite a long time. Whenever I put this lotion, I am always flooded with compliments :preen: It does the job of moisturising also quite well and is absorbed by the body within seconds. The skin feels soft, supple, nourished and smooth. The only problem is that it doesn’t have a stopper at the top and its mouth is a little big so you end up taking more quantity every time though I don’t mind applying the extra quantity anywhere and everywhere :woot:
Pros of Bath and Body Works Night Blooming Jasmine Body Lotion:
1. It has the best fragrance in the world, true to what it claims about fresh jasmine extract.
2. It also has Vitamins to nourish the skin.
3. Makes the skin soft, smooth and moisturised.
4. It is NOT tested on animals.
Cons of Bath and Body Works Night blooming jasmine body lotion:
1. Not available in India.
2. Contains alcohol and paraben.
3. No stopper at the top.
A good quality moisturiser which is true to its name has a fresh fragrance. Also keeps the skin smooth and nourished. Can be used in summers and winters both. I would recommend this to all who love jasmine flower’s fragrance.
IMBB Rating : 4.5 out of 5
Will I repurchase?
Yes, have already given the order to my aunt who’s visiting India in October
