Bath and Body Works – Warm Vanilla Sugar Body Lotion

I am a bit of a fragrance-o-holic (if there is something like that, it’s me 😀 ).There is nothing more calming, rejuvenating, blissful and pampering than a good fragranced body lotion.

So, here I am, back after a long time, with the review of Bath and Body Works – Warm Vanilla Sugar Body Lotion.

My Experience with Bath and Body Works – Warm Vanilla Sugar Body Lotion:

I simply adore the Vanilla fragrance, it’s just so calming!!Plus you are bound to get good compliments as it has the same effect on others. 😉
A friend of mine has the warm vanilla sugar fragrance mist (she too is a huge Vanilla fan btw) .The mist smelt a bit off, kind of chemically, but I thought that it might just be the parfum. I have a bit of OCD when it comes to bath and body products and I’m sure some of you will relate to me. 😉 😛 So when I found it on discount online, obviously I promptly ordered it!

Unfortunately, the body lotion too smells a bit plasticy. 🙁 It’s not exactly the pure vanilla kind of fragrance, so vanilla enthusiasts might want to skip this one. However it’s not really that bad, it has a pleasant base note.

The fragrance setback aside, it’s an awesome body lotion. It has light lotion consistency and sinks in quickly. It leaves the skin soft and moisturised, with a lingering pleasant scent. But, I feel the 16 hour moisturising claim is a tall order. Another thing I like is the lotion’s dispenser cap; it’s very practical and easy to use. All in all, it’s an average product, one that I will reach out to depending on my mood. 🙂

IMBB Rating: 3/5

Would I repurchase?

Nope. I liked the French lavender and honey lotion better, and for Vanilla, TBS is going to be my ‘go to’ for now.
