My Take on Bath and Body Works Cherry Blossom Fragrance Mist:
Cherry Blossom is not one of my most favoured fragrances from Bath and Body Works. I quite like it, but I don’t love it as much as I love some of their other fragrances such as Japanese Cherry Blossom and Sweet Pea.
The fragrance mists from BBW have been re-invented (mostly in terms of packaging) several times. The latest packaging that has been released looks quite attractive. I bought this one about seven or eight months ago, and I didn’t particularly like the packaging. Surprisingly, it doesn’t even say Bath and Body Works on the label! Moreover, there is absolutely no list of ingredients provided. The earlier packaging had all of that and I think the newest packaging has brought some of those things back.
In general, I like stocking up on the BBW fragrance mists because they are long-lasting in effect and also quite multi-purpose in use for me. I use this spray directly on my skin to lend it a fragrance that lasts up to several hours. I use it on my clothes and even on my hair sometimes! It works superbly well as a deodorant for me and I don’t need to use anything else apart from this mist. I usually use it after I have applied moisturiser.
In terms of the ingredients, it certainly contains a handful of chemicals (as I have observed on the labels of the older packaging). That, of course, calls into question my habit of using this directly on the skin. I can never be quite sure that it is safe to use in the long run. Even then, I have been using this product for several years now. I suppose it is as safe or unsafe as using a deodorant.
Pros of Bath and Body Works Cherry Blossom Fragrance Mist:
- Nice, long-lasting fragrance.
- Can be used on the skin as a perfume and as a deodorant.
- Does not irritate or affect the skin in any way.
- Can also be used on clothes and hair to lend a nice fragrance to the same.
- The bottle is sturdy and convenient to use.
Cons of Bath and Body Works Cherry Blossom Fragrance Mist:
- Whatever happened to the list of ingredients!
- Contains a lot of chemicals so it may not be the best thing to use in the long run.
Verdict on Bath and Body Works Signature Collection Fragrance Mist Cherry Blossom:
As I have already mentioned, this one is not my favourite from the lot. But it is a nice fragrance nonetheless. If you like the scent, then it is worth a shot!
