Hope all you girls are doing great. I have had an amazing weekend, as I was at one my dearest friend’s mehendi ceremony and it was even more special, as we met straight after 12 years. Ah!! It was an amazing feeling to meet such an old friend. While in college, we use to bond a lot over books, ahem… the novels and comics I mean, as both of us were ardent readers and I was often found at her home in the evenings post college. We also have this fond memory of gulping down yummy samosa chaat at her house, from the dear chaatwala just below her residence. It really feels special when you know that your old friends still love you the same, irrespective of the time and gap of many years.

And apart from the fun-filled weekend my friend also surprised me with gifts. She gifted me the wonderful product, which I am going to review today. It is the Bath and Body Works Fragrance Mist in Pink Chiffon.

Read on to know my experience with my first ever fragrance from Bath and Body Works.

Am not very sure about the price of this product, as it is a gift but the quantity mentioned on the bottle is 3FL OZ/88 ml.

Packaging: This fragrance mist comes in a beautiful pink bottle made of plastic. The bottle has a spray nozzle dispenser with a lid to secure it with. Though the packaging seems delicate and flimsy, it still feels sturdy and hence is travel-friendly. I love the way the branding is done all over the bottle in such pretty colors. Adds a very feminine touch to the whole packaging. And this size of the bottle is perfect to be carried around in your bag.

My Experience with Bath and Body Works Pink Chiffon Fragrance Mist:

As already mentioned, this is my very first product from the brand Bath and Body Works and I was so super-duper excited and happy when I received this as a gift from my dear friend.

Now to talk about the fragrance, I am not at all a “sweet-perfume” girl. I love fresh and warm scents on their own and I tend to stay away from fruity or extra sweet scents, as they are just not up to my liking and such scents make me feel dizzy for some reason. I really love fresh, dewy scents that stay on for long. This particular scent ‘Pink Chiffon’ is quite a mix. It has a hint of Vanilla, feels slightly on the sweet side of fragrance, very much what my nose could pick up from the ‘Vanilla Twist’ variant from the Layer’r Body Splash range. Not that I am comparing this product directly to ‘Vanilla Twist,’ but I am just trying to refer here. Though it has a hint of Vanilla to it, it is surprisingly not that sweet or strong to my relief and I really love how warm and fresh it feels at the same time.

It initially smells sweet and within a few seconds you realize it settles down in to a yummy, warm and subtle, fresh scent that stays on for quite a long time. I have tried it and it has stayed on for more than 4-5 hours, which is not a bad deal. And I strongly feel it is much of an evening scent, rather than a daytime fragrance. So if you are like me who loves fresh scents or if you really are a Vanilla lover, you should try this.

• Warm hint of Vanilla
• Decent staying power

Cons of Bath and Body Works Pink Chiffon Fragrance Mist:

I don’t really see anything as a con in this one as it would cater to both sweet and fresh scent lovers.

Would I Recommend Bath and Body Works Pink Chiffon Fragrance Mist?!

Yes, it is worth a try.
