Bath and Body Works White Citrus Body Lotion Review
Hi lovely ladies,
Hope you all doing good. Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone!
In my last product review on Bath and Body Works Midnight Pomegranate Triple Moisture Body Cream, I forgot to mention that this is one brand which I like a lot (maybe my mind was too much occupied with the snowstorm). Today’s review is also about another product from their Signature Collection, White Citrus Body Lotion. I feel it’s like a lemonade, that will refresh you in hot summer months. Read on to know more.

My Experience with Bath and Body Works White Citrus Body Lotion:
Every time I go to the nearby mall, I pick up something or the other from the BBW outlet (ranging from body lotion, fragrance mist, body cream, shower gel, etc.). My husband gets nervous every time I step into that store 😛 He knows I will buy a lot of items and he after paying the bills will have to carry them also 😀 (I also carry them sometimes). This time, I was kind to him, after all he has already gifted me so many new dresses and cosmetics in advance for Valentine’s Day! Apart from buying Midnight Pomegranate Triple Moisture Body Cream and Twilight Woods Body Lotion, I decided to try something new. Keeping in mind the warm days that lie ahead, I bought White Citrus Body Lotion.
Honestly speaking, I was never in favour of citrus smell (I am game for floral aroma). But I somehow liked this scent as it is not excessively citrus. When I first applied it, the citrus odor was predominant, but after a few minutes as the lotion settles, I got the mild floral aroma. Must say, it emits a fresh and clean fragrance. I believe it is very apt for tropical climate like India; hence bought it. However, the scent is not long-lasting. It tends to fade after 2 or 3 hours. The lotion is white in hue with medium in consistency and gets absorbed in the skin easily.
Pros of Bath and Body Works White Citrus Body Lotion:
- Fresh smell; predominantly citrus with a hint of floral scent.
- Infused with the goodness of Vitamin E, jojoba and shea butter.
- Primarily suitable for warm days.
- Light, non-sticky lotion and gets absorbed in the body within minutes.
- Hydrates the skin.
- Ingredients are clearly mentioned on the bottle.
- Available in small sizes, hence travel-friendly.
- Bottle is striking in color.
Cons of Bath and Body Works White Citrus Body Lotion:
- Available only in BBW outlets and online.
- The scent stays only for 2-3 hours.
Do I Recommend Bath and Body Works White Citrus Body Lotion?
Well, if you have inclination towards citrus scents, go for it. I will use it only during the summer months. Although this time I bought the trial size, I plan to buy the large bottle soon. If you have dry skin, probably this will not moisturize the skin enough during winters.
