I have tried a lot of dry shampoos in the past, but was not really into them much. I like the “foaming and lathering jazz” in the shower, but washing hair every single day is not possible. Considering the humidity here in Chennai, my scalp gets oily and sweaty, which in turn leads to hair fall, so dry shampoo comes to my rescue. I have been using this shampoo for a while now and here are my thoughts on the same.

How To Use:

My Experience with Batiste Instant Hair Refresh Light and Breezy Fresh Dry Shampoo:

Batiste dry shampoos are a rage and we all have felt left out as the brand was not available until recently. When this brand got available online, I grabbed two variants. This one was more alluring, so I used this first. My hair is normal to dry, prone to frizz. I try and take head bath every alternate day, but thanks to the hot and humid climate, my scalp is getting greasy and it feels very uncomfortable for me. My scalp gets itchy and I absolutely hate itchy scalp.

The packaging is super trendy and chic as you can see. There is nothing much to say about it, only that it is great to travel with and can completely save you from carrying shampoo and conditioner duo for a small trip. I use it as per the instructions. It sprays on a white powdery thing, which imparts a cooling sensation. The product when massaged in, vanishes completely without leaving any white cast, which is great, as that was my primary concern. The product takes away every bit of oil and grime from the scalp and gives a super clean and fresh feel. It gives you the feel as if you had just had a head bath. The wonderful fresh fragrance is an added bonus to the already awesome product and I really do not know what more to expect from a dry shampoo. It does not cause hair fall or dandruff, which is great.
