My Experience with BBlunt Full on Volume Shampoo for Fine Hair:
The packaging is simple, cute and functional. Honestly, the canary yellow bottle is a bit difficult to use in shower because of the large size, but the shape makes it super handy, it’s definitely not travel friendly. It has a pump dispenser which works well.
First things first, I have thick hair, so I obviously didn’t buy this shampoo for my hair. My roomie has super straight and fine hair, which looks limp within a day of washing, so she got this to try. But recently, due to excess humidity, my hair started getting greasy and limp, so I too checked it out.
The shampoo is pearly white in color and of moderately viscous texture. It has a mild pleasing scent. The good thing is the shampoo gives a rich, creamy lather, which is a delight to work with. The foam feels good, and I love the fragrance filling the bathroom.
It cleans hair well, and this is from the experience of both me and my roommate. And though it doesn’t add ‘full-on’ volume, it does add bounce and body to my hair to some extent, so if your hair feels dull and limp, this one provides a quick boost of volume, without drying it out. However two things – if you have dry hair, you need a conditioner which might weigh down your hair and nullify its effects, so choose your conditioner with care.
The volume stays for a couple of days, before it returns to normal. So, it is an okay shampoo for fine hair as it adds some volume and bounce, which stay for two days. Nothing exemplary, but a decent shampoo for regular use.
