Today’s review is going to be on Anti-Wrinkle Eye Gel Patches by Beauty Formulas; I quite like this brand. These days, I am extremely busy with studies and exams, and it’s making the festive season more hectic. The effects are clearly visible on my eyes, and I needed something that could make my eyes feel refreshed and take away the puffiness. This is the reason why I thought of trying these eye patches. My Experiment with Beauty Formulas Anti-Wrinkle Eye Gel Patches:
I got these patches online, and I don’t think these are easily available in the local market. According to me, this is a bit pricey as you get only 3 pairs of patches for 200 bucks. So you can use the product only 3 times. I like this packaging; it comes in a cardboard box with the all details printed on the box. Packaging is absolutely hygienic; no complains about it. One pouch contains one pair of patches, so it’s just like use and throw. One pouch carries two patches that are stuck on a clear plastic tray. It is very easy to remove from this plastic tray. All the patches have a clear, sticky gel on one side and another side is made of soft, cottons. You need to place the sticky gel side on your under eye areas. Make sure you wash your hands nicely before opening the pouches for hygiene purpose.
To make the patches work better, try to place them in one go. I never faced any difficulty in putting these on. They got easily stuck on my undereye area. You can work, walk, sleep or do whatever you like with these patches on as they won’t fall off. These patches are designed like half moon, so it’s easy to place these under the eyes. Post application, the skin does not feel irritated. It contains a mild smell and suits on my sensitive eyes nicely. I was expecting a cooling sensation, but it doesn’t provide any sensation, just tightening effect. I like to keep it overnight; you may also use these patches on during the day for few hours. In the morning, I remove these patches gently and rinse with cool water. Even after staying under my eyes the whole night, it does not become stiff. This prevents the delicate skin from getting damaged.
I have noticed big changes as far as puffy eyes are concerned. I do not have puffy eyes naturally, but I do get them owing to overnight studies and irregular sleep patterns. It looks very bad, but this product really reduces the puffiness around eye area. My eyes feel fresher and more radiant after using it. My under eye area feels very smooth and looks really tight after using it. I generally don’t have any wrinkles, but these days my eyes look very tired and dull. The most amazing part is that it can deeply moisturize my under eye area. If you have dry under eye, like me, you will surely love it, and this softness stays for a long time. It can also reduce baby fine lines, but honestly it doesn’t work on dark circles as much. It can brighten up the eye area, but the effect doesn’t stay for long. I love the tightening effect it provides, it is really a good effect when you need an instant relief from lifeless, tired eyes.
The only drawback of these patches is the lower staying power. So the next morning, my eyes look as usual, and I need to reapply it. But since it contains only 3 patches, it’s not possible to use it regularly. Also, the eye patches are not supposed to be used regularly. So overall, the product is nice to take care of puffy eyes and to moisturise the undereye area only.

• If you have oily eye area, it might feel a bit oily
• I need to keep these on overnight to see the results – 30 minutes or so won’t work

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Beauty Formulas Anti-Wrinkle Eye Gel Patches?
Yes, it works decently and keeps the eye area smooth. But I don’t like to invest 200 bucks for only 3 patches, so maybe I will not repurchase it. Also, I don’t like longevity of effects. If you have really dry under eye area, then you may give it a try. It is good when you badly need an instant relief from lifeless eyes. But if you want relief from dark circle, then this is not for you.
