Today’s review is about Bebe Young Care Intensive Care Lip Balm. I am a big lip balm junkie. I love trying out different brands and Labello has been my favorite till now. Let’s read further to find out if this one by Bebe Young Care could impress me.

My Experience with Bebe Young Care Intensive Care Lip Balm:
The lip care comes in a twist tube. The overall packaging is very similar to that of Labello. The color is light blue which is very catchy and pleasant. The cap of the twist tube opens and closes easily. It also makes a click sound when closed fully; it is travel safe too. Overall, the packaging is good. The product itself is ivory in color. The consistency of the product is creamy. It forms a thin layer when applied on the lips. It does not feel oily or sticky when applied nor does it bleed. The product contains vitamin E, which is great for providing moisture to the cracked lips.
The great thing about the product is that it has SPF 6. I know it’s not high enough but something is better than nothing. As you can see in the pictures, I have used up the product a lot. I tend to apply it before makeup in the morning. Then I apply a lipstick over it. I love this lip balm since it’s free of preservatives and perfume. I don’t prefer the perfumed ones as I tend to lick them up. 😉 The product stays on the lips and moisturizes the lips for a long time. It leaves the lips crack free and soft. I love the results. The results are not instant and one has to apply this balm for a few days to see the best results.
The product does not stand the food and drink test. It will surely get faded if you eat or drink. I prefer to carry it everywhere so that I can apply as and when necessary. One needs to reapply this balm every 3 to 4 hours. But that’s good enough for a lip balm. This lip balm does not leave any kind of stain on the lips; it looks nude. Since it has an SPF, I had the fear that it will look milky when applied. But no, it leaves a slightly pearly finish. It’s not an expensive product, but the results are good.
