Application:
Holding the skin of your upper lid taut, trace the upper lash line, making the tail end a bit thicker than the inside, and extend it just beyond the lash line. For a more dramatic look, try lining the outside half of your bottom lash line as well.

Packaging:
The product is in a pencil form which can be sharpened as and when needed. Both the pencil & the box , in which it came, include all the ingredients list & information about the product. The cap of the pencil fits securely over the tip so it’s completely travel friendly.

My Experience with Bellapierre Cosmetics Ebony Waterproof Gel Eye Liner Pencil:

I am not a pro when it comes to pencil eyeliners, but I have never heard of gel eyeliner pencil before and that’s why I wanted to try this product. The first thing which I usually notice in such products is smoothness & how easily it can be applied on the delicate areas of eyes and this product gets full score in this department. It glides like butter on the eyelids. The effect it leaves is matte. This one is so easy to put on and very smooth, so I don’t feel as if I’m scraping off my eyelids.

The good point of having a smooth formula is that it can be easily blended to get that smokey eye makeup effect when you first put it on. The pencil’s tip gets worn out and the tip gets dull easily so you do need to sharpen it occasionally to get a sharp tip, which I feel lead to wastage of product. As it’s a pencil and not a roller eyeliner, it would have been better to have one of that sharpener caps on the pencil rather than just a simple cap.

It stays long enough for the day. Even in this weather it has survived sweat, swimming & beach. 😉 On the waterline, it is not as effective as compared to the top eyelid. Also, it is a bit difficult to apply on the waterline. With multiple swipes, the color does show up fully on the waterline though. I was expecting it to show up in one single swipe.

It doesn’t come off easily just by any makeup remover, you need to have a waterproof eye makeup remover for that. I don’t own a separate eye makeup remover, so I end up using more facial wipes to get the job done. The collage shows before & after pics of the eyeliner cleaned just by using water. The color is the darkest black & it is very saturated. With the softest stroke of the product, I got an ultra-dark line. This one comes in an array of different colors like chocolate, midnight blue, green, charcoal & snow-white.
