I was recently introduced to the popular beauty brand “Benefit,” by a friend who brought back this concealer from the US, for me. Although I got to try a product by them only now, I was already aware of their reputation and had read a lot about the excellent quality of their products.
This award-winning concealer camouflages dark circles, shadows, and discoloration without creasing or fading. An added bonus? This formula is now available in a full range of shades from light to deep so gals of all skintones can be imperfection-free.
$20 for 0.1oz (3 gm).

My Experience with Benefit Boi-ing Industrial Strength Concealer:
This concealer is available in 5 shades. I am going to review the shade “01 light.” It comes in a compact pot packaging and one can either use fingers or a brush to take out the product. Packaging is lightweight and travel friendly, but nothing too fancy. The concealer itself is creamy and glides smoothly over the skin. It’s very easy to blend if the skin is adequately moisturized. It is very pigmented and provides good coverage in a single swipe, which is what I love about it. I don’t have to apply layers of product, which helps avoiding a cakey look. It doesn’t feel heavy and I can completely forget about it after setting with a powder, because it stays on for hours even in the heat and humidity.
It stays fresh for about 5-6 hours on my very oily skin, after which I notice some fading, but nothing a minor touch-up can’t fix. I don’t have heavy under eye circles, so I use very teeny tiny amount to brighten up the under eye area. The shade is a bit too cool toned for my heavy yellow undertones, and any extra concealer can end up looking very ashy on me. So I’ll try getting my hands on the shade “02 light/medium,” which is a bit darker. It’s important to exfoliate and moisturize the skin properly prior to using this, else it can accentuate the flaky/dry skin.
Basically, other than the slight shade mismatch, I don’t have any major complaints about this product.
