Many high end brands are not available here yet and even, if you buy them online, you end up paying shipping charges. Also, in such cases, you do not get any chance to swatch the products. In this post, I will talk about products that you can find in stores and also in online. All of them are affordable (under INR 1000 which is much cheaper compared to the high end brands) and you won’t regret picking up more than one. The jelly like texture keeps the lips hydrated and soft. It gives full coverage and the colours are perfect for Indian wedding parties!
3. Colorbar Kiss Proof Lip Stain
If you want your lip color to stay intact after a passionate kiss, pick this for your Valentine’s day date. It stays on throughout the day, without any bleeding or fading. It has antioxidants and vitamin E that keep the lips nourished. It is super heavily pigmented and you won’t need a lip liner with this one.
4. Maybelline Super Stay 24 Lip Color
Maybelline has come up with this wonderful liquid lip color and it is quite unique. It is a two-in-one product that has a liquid lipstick and a transparent lip balm together. The liquid lip color has amazing pigmentation and it sets in as a transfer-proof matte finish in 2 minutes. The balm keeps the lips hydrated without changing the colour. This stays on for 24 hours and if you have a day long party to attend, this can be your savior.
5. Sugar Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick
This is probably one of the best affordable liquid lip colors available in India. It is available only in online, but all the shades are awesome and you can pick whichever you want to. It applies smoothly on the lips without tugging and one coat gives you a full coverage. It takes only a few minutes to dry out completely on the lips. Once it dries out, it settles to a perfect matte finish and looks so beautiful. This matte finish does not smudge or transfer.
6. The Body Shop Matte Lip Liquid
This cruelty-free company has come up with these beautiful liquid lipsticks which are pretty affordable. It is super lightweight and applies smoothly. Even if you need to reapply and layer on the product, it does not become flaky. They have amazing pigmentation and great shades to choose from.
7. Chambor Extreme Wear Transferproof Liquid Lipstick
These are lip stains that can stay on the lips for hours. The texture of the lip color is very smooth and lightweight. It is highly pigmented and one swipe can cover every bit of the lip pigmentation. It seems just like your own lips, as it never looks flaky or layered. It stays on for as long as you want and you will need an oil based remover to remove the product.

Nyx is currently favorite for delivering affordable yet high end products to the makeup junkies. It is available online widely in India. The product is lightweight and stays on lips for 7 hours or more. The darker shades leave a lip stain on the lips after fading, which looks good. This range provides velvety, matte liquid lipsticks that are available in a wide range of shades.
9. NYX Professional Makeup Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick
This is the most affordable liquid lipstick mentioned in this list. But, that does not compromise with the quality. They glide on smoothly and stay smudge-proof for hours. They are lightweight and creamy, unlike other drying liquid lipsticks. It has amazing coverage and is great for women with pigmented lips. It never dehydrates the lips and does not cling on to the dry patches.
