Best is LOTUS Under eye gel. I loveeeeedddddd it. Reduced my newly budding under eye dark circles like magic in a tube.
No worst experiences but Just Herbs and other stuff didn’t work for my under eye dark circles.
I have used only 2 eye cream so far and best is wunder eye cream 😀

Best for me… Aroma magic under eye cream… Cheap and effective for dark circles.. Worst.. Garnier under eye roll on… Did nothing…. Practically nothing… I’ve got the elizabeth arden one now… Will hav to try them out now
Vitamin E under eye cream from Bodyshop is good
