I think most of you must already be aware of this tip but I thought i’d anyway do this post from travel perspective. You cannot carry everything with you during your travels so you have to make best of what is available to you. 🙂
I was sipping kahwa in Gulmarg and my lips got so dry and cracked that the hot liquid literally irritated my lips. I hate chapped lips and I was wearing a bright coral lipstick so my lips started looking super crappy. I had to do something about it. I picked up a sugar sachet from my table and went to the washroom.
I slathered a ton of lip balm on my lips, picked up the refined sugar and started scrubbing my lips with my index finger.Within 5-10 seconds all the dead skin came off. I finished off wiping my lips with a wet tissue. Then I applied lip balm and followed up with the lipstick. My lips were not healed obviously but they looked really smooth and supple. Even that irritation I was feeling because of the cracks was gone.
So next time when you are travelling, you don’t need to carry lip scrub with you. Make use of the sugar sachets. 🙂
