  2. I so wanted to know abt supplements imp for hair, nails and skin. On time Neha. *thankyou*
    I am using Evion 400 which is vit c supplement. Bt i dont consume it rather used it in my hair oils or directly on nails/lips. This is helped a lot in my hair loss.
    Can you also add few names of gud tablets which u or any other IMBB consuming and are good.

  3. Prenatal vitamins… Hmm…. My doc never gave me any when I was pregnant. All I was asked to have was calcium, iron and folic acid. When I asked her for more, she simply said I should be getting the rest from my diet only! *blush*
