Beyu Lip Cream in Wooden Rose Review

Beyu Lip Cream in Wooden Rose

Hola beauties,

How are you all doing? Today I will be reviewing the Beyu lip cream in the shade Wooden Rose.

What the product says:

Lip gloss with glitter particles and a touch of color in a stylish tube!
The lips sparkle like crystals and become the center of attraction of any party make-up. The soft shades give only a hint of color on the lips without stealing the show of the glitter particles. Thanks to the non-sticky texture, the gloss can be applied easily and evenly. The colors vary from a decent shimmer to an extreme glitter look!

What I think about Beyu Lip Cream in Wooden Rose:

This lip cream is not one for matte lovers since it gives a shiny lustrous finish. You can say it’s a gloss with the pigmentation of a lipstick but the shine of a gloss.

The formula of this cream is great. It glides on very easily and super smooth on the lips. It doesn’t feel heavy on lips and it isn’t sticky either. It makes my lips feel very nourished and moisturized. I mostly am a matte lipstick person but I fell in love with this cream simply because it is so moisturizing.

The colour wooden rose is a nice muted pink with slight brown undertones. But on my lips it shows as more of a pink that it actually is. May be it is because all lipsticks look more pink on my lips for some reason. It does not have any shimmer on glitter particles so that is an added bonus for me as I personally hate shimmers in lip products. This shade would look good on both fair and dusky skin tones and is great every day and office wear shade.

The staying power is average though. It stays for 2-3 hours with light snacks/drinks and then needs reapplication. But as it fades it leaves a nice pink tint on the lips. It is highly transferable and gets on transferred on glasses/cups all the time.

The packaging is nice and sturdy. It has a silver cap and the tube is the colour of the gloss itself. But it has no mention of the shade which I think should have been there. The applicator is a brush wand applicator, which I personally like. It does not take a lot of product and spreads the product evenly.

Overall, these are a nice option if you want a moisturizing, glossy lipstick but there are also a lot of other products like this in the market. So give it a try if you like trying new lip products and if you get any discount on these then do give them a try.

Pros of Beyu Lip Cream in Wooden Rose:

• Nice everyday colour
• Moisturizing
• Fades evenly
• Average staying power
• Nice brush applicator

Cons of Beyu Lip Cream in Wooden Rose:

• Cost
• Availability
• Transferable
• Shade not mentioned on tube

My Rating: 3.5/5
