Happy Holi to all the readers and members of IMBB. Hope you are enjoying your time. Since it is festive time, I obviously splurged and bought a ton of things from BH Cosmetics. I got this glitter liner because it grabbed my attention. Here is how it worked for me.

My Experience with BH Cosmetics Glitter Eyeliner – Riot:
Packaging: I like how peppy and fun the outer box is but the inside tube is small. It is basic eyeliner packaging which kind of looks like a mini liquid lipstick. It is travel friendly as this is plastic and not glass.
Texture: The texture of this liquid liner is quite watery. I feel it is extremely runny and you have to be quite careful when using it. I am not the biggest fan of the texture.
Pigmentation: It is not very pigmented like I wanted it to be. I thought this eyeliner would have glitter in every swipe but most of the swipes just have a watery glue type substance. You have to go again and again in the tube to get the glitter part.
Additional thoughts: I have to start with the cons first because they are quite a lot. This runny messy eye liner is not as good as I wanted it to be. You cannot really get the perfect application or wing liner with this because you have to keep going again and again in the tube to get the glitter particles. I did try it all over my lid but it looks weird and when I tried to make a liner type wing (in the picture) with this, it messed up since I had to go back to the tube so many times. I do like the fact that it doesn’t dry out the eyelid completely or feel too heavy but it is not as good. The watery texture can be a little annoying and if you are not careful, you might end up putting it in your eye accidentally. Another thing is that, it is difficult to remove and if it happens to get inside your eyes, it can irritate a lot. So be extremely careful when taking it off. The good part is that this is extremely long wearing and it will stay on your lids for hours.
Overall, I can work with this but I am not too happy. This silver grey glittery shade could have had more glitter particles rather than the sticky glue substance.

• Doesn’t have a smell.
Cons of BH Cosmetics Glitter Eyeliner – Riot:
• Difficult to use.
• Applies uneven.
• Not enough glitter particles.
• Too watery.
• Difficult to remove.
• Can irritate the eyes.

Would I Recommend BH Cosmetics Glitter Eyeliner – Riot?
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go for this shade at all. Not the best! I know I might sound crazy but I will purchase the other colours in this line to see if there was an issue with this shade or all of them are the same. I love trying new things!
