I am a huge skin care junkie and always on the lookout for new products to try out. Recently, I saw this awesome cleanser-cum-scrub from Biore. I had heard some good amount of raving about this product on YouTube and it did not take me any time to pick it up. Let me tell you more about this baby in detail.

My Experience with Biore Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub:

Biore has always been a great drugstore brand especially for their Biore Nose Strips. The cleansers, nose strips, scrubs and all other products that they have in their collection are targeted towards deep pore cleansing for oily-combination, acne-prone skin. Sounds like my best friend! We all know how awesome this simple ingredient from the kitchen is for blackheads and pimples.  So, when I came across this “baking soda cleanser cum scrub,” it sounded like music to my ears! Trust me ladies, this baby is awesome!

Packaging: The Biore Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub comes in a rounded bottle with a cool flip top cap. It has a blue button which should be pressed and viola! it flips open. I cannot stress how handy this packaging is especially when you are in the bathroom with wet messy hands. Inside the bottle, you can find finely milled powdery substance that looks exactly like baking soda. All in all, the packaging couldn’t get better!

Color and Smell:  The powder is a fine white-coloured substance and has a beautiful fresh scent. The scent is not overpowering by any means and also does not last on the face after washing.

Texture: As I mentioned earlier, this powder is exactly like baking soda. The texture of this cleanser scrub is extremely finely milled and foams up when mixed with water. Although it does foam up, it still has the scrub particles as they do not dissolve in the water which is great.

Quality: I am impressed Biore! As always, this new product from Biore is another hit product and stands true to its claims and fulfills is purpose well. It is a baking soda-based cleanser and cleansing scrub that uses the deep-cleansing action of this tried-and-true ingredient to reveal smooth, exfoliated skin, in the true sense.

Overall, I am very pleased with this baking soda pore cleansing duo and would definitely recommend these products to my family, friends and all the lovely readers of IMBB. I have put these on my to-buy list when they run out, I will definitely be re-purchasing! Do get this ladies, it will surely suit any skin type!
