My Experience with Biotherm Biosource Purifying and Make-up Removing Milk:
The product comes in a sealed plastic bottle with a white pump cap. There are 2 variants available one for Normal-Combination and one for Dry-Very Dry skin with 200 and 400 ml bottles. I picked the bigger one out of the two. The product comes in a half circle like package. There is a lot of information on the back of the bottle. The white pump on the top has a lock mechanism and you can make sure than there is no chances of any hassle. The package is simple and classy.
The milk has a creamy texture and is white in color. The consistency is semi-thick and it is convenient to be used alone or with a cotton pad. The smell is amazing and is very floral. It is very mild and doesn’t bother you too much. The smell fades away pretty pretty soon.
The product can be used on wet face or on dry face. I usually use it on dry skin because with wet face, the massaging can be a little messy. The product sinks in very well onto the makeup and removes makeup very well. It works well with waterproof makeup too and I haven’t had any issues. The product doesn’t leave any greasy residue as well. The product doesn’t cause any irritation and I have used to remove my eye makeup and it gets it off like a dream. When you remove the residue with a cotton pad, most of the product with the makeup residue gets off. I then follow-up with water to get rid of the remaining residue. The product is very gentle and doesn’t cause any dryness and my skin felt very smooth and soft post cleansing. The milk doesn’t strip the skin and I like the property a lot! I can go on for a long time before I use a moisturizer. The product is also moisturizing and it hydrates the skin locking in the moisture.
The presence of plankton and sea weed helps in rejuvenating the skin and has a soothing action. The product removes any dirt or grime from the skin, but if you are looking for heavy duty cleansers, this is not the one. When I use a toner, I see makeup residue on the cotton pad. I usually need to use the cleanser twice to get that squeaky clean look. Using micellar water or a follow-up toner becomes a must when using this milk and this is what I do not feel great about. I usually prefer cleansers that make my skin very clean post the cleansing routine. The product can be a good makeup remover but to get a cleansed skin, you need a good cleanser. The product doesn’t contain any parabens. Overall, I am not a cleansing milk woman and I would prefer something that would do a 2-in-1 duty instead of using a lot of product to get rid of makeup.

I have the biggest bottle and probably might not be repurchasing again and would prefer foamy cleansers.
