Biotique Bio Pineapple Oil Balancing Face Wash

Hello ladies,

Hope you all are doing well. September flew like magic for me, or should I say this whole year has passed so fast, I am not able to believe that only last three months are reaming in this year. So coming to today’s product, I bought this one while browsing through the skin care section during groceries shopping. I never have only one face wash in my bathroom, at one time 2-3 of them will be there always. So out of all the variants available, this one claimed to be oil controlling which sounded good to me and I bought this one.

Price: INR 65 for 50 ml.

My experience with Biotique Bio Pineapple Oil Balancing Face Wash:

I saw Biotique face washes in the shelf and I wanted something which meant for combination to oily skin, but all the face washes has “for all skin types” written on it. However Bio Pineapple claimed to be oil balancing facewash so I bought this one. On using it I can say that it does cleans the skin very well, no traces of oil, dirt left on skin. But for my combination skin it is a bit drying, which is why I wish they must have mentioned skin types too.

The face wash is yellow in color and smells like pineapple, not very strong smell though. Ingredient list sounds very promising and I feel for oily skin it will work as a perfect cleanser. For my combination to oily T zone skin it feels drying on cheeks which is the drier part of my skin. The face wash lathers well and is easy to clean also, no layer or film left behind. Packaging is also travel friendly. In whole this is a good facewash for oily skin which cleans skin well but for dry skin or combination skin it is drying.

Pros of Biotique Bio Pineapple Oil Balancing Face Wash:

• Cleans oil and dirt effectively.
• Herbal product.
• No film left behind.
• Affordable and easily available.
• Dermatological tested.
• Not tested on animals and recyclable packaging.

Cons of Biotique Bio Pineapple Oil Balancing Face Wash:

• It says that its meant for “All skin types” but its drying for combination skin so for dry skin do I need to say anything.
• Some might not like the pineapple smell.

Final verdict on Biotique Bio Pineapple Oil Balancing Face Wash:

I recommend this face wash for all oily skin beauties looking for good herbal face wash. Combination skin and dry skin beauties please stay away.

IMBB Rating: 4/5 for oily skin or others 3/5

Will I be repurchasing Biotique Biotique Bio Pineapple Oil Balancing Face Wash: No its not suiting my skin.
