Black Outfit with Pink and Gold Inspired Party Eye Makeup Tutorial

Hi again girls!

Black+Outfit+with+Pink+and+Gold+Inspired+Party+Eye+Makeup+Tutorial

I received a request from one of the most special people in my life, more than a best friend, she’s like family to me, who I affectionately call “Dolls.” She wanted a look for a black saree that had a dark pink border with gold work on it. This is what I came up with and thought will share with you all here on IMBB too. Black is such a common color in most wardrobes, but pink might not be, so you can always change up the colors here according to your outfit or preference. Change the pink here with a bronzy-coppery color and that looks divine too! Anyway, let’s get started with this look.

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

Step 1:

I started by applying my foundation very lightly all over the eye and around it too.

Step 2:

Taking the gold color, I applied on the inner 1/3rd .

Step 3:

I then applied a dark pink on the centre of the upper lid and blended it ever so slightly with the gold.

Eye Makeup Steps

Step 4:

Taking a black color, I then created an outer V.  Blending can be done later always, I first concentrated on getting the shape right.

Step 5:

Next, I blended the black in with the pin, keeping the shape of the outer V fairly intact.

Step 6:

To make the outer V blacker and lessen the pink over it, I placed more of black and then a brown color a few shades darker than my skin color, and I blended the crease further. Using a brown to blend out black is neater and much easier; it also gives a good gradient.

Step 7:

I took the same pink and applied on the lower lash line and extended it past the upper outer V, leaving some space in between. I applied some kajal too.

Step 8:

I then applied a winged out black liner using the pink applied in step 7 as a guide to create the wing.

Step 9:

I then darkened and shaped my brows. I applied a very light gold and shimmery white color as the brow bone highlight. I finished it off with generous coats of mascara and the look is done!

Pink eye makeup

If your outfit has silver instead of gold, then just substitute accordingly, same goes for the pink used here. For a black outfit, the eye makeup can be done to highlight any other color in it more with this kind of look.

I hope you all liked this look and especially my dear friend “Dolls.”

Until next time, Happy Makeuping!
