Whenever I see a black eye liner on deal, I HAVE to buy it! But more often than not, I end up regretting my decision and those pencils get dumped into the endless pile of eyeliners that I don’t use, but still keep as I don’t have the heart to trash them away. This is the story of one such liner that ended up in my dump of useless eye liners.

My Experience with Black Radiance Beautiful Black Eye Appeal Ultra Rich Retractable Pencil:
Packaging: The product comes in a skinny, retractable pencil. This kind of packaging comes in handy if one is in a rush. Also, it helps avoid a lot of wastage as there is no need of sharpen the pencil.
Texture: Eyeliner has a soft and creamy texture that glides on smoothly without tugging or pulling. It can be used on the lids and water line both.
Color: This dark black eyeliner has no shimmer and settles into a matte finish.
Shine and Shimmer: It does not have any shimmery particles, but initially, it imparts a faint shine since it is a cream based eyeliner, but eventually it turns matte.
Pigmentation: This eyeliner offers very good pigmentation. It gives an intense black line with just one sweep on the waterline and lid both.
Wear Time: Let’s just not talk about it because it has been a rosy picture till now. But, from here it all just goes downhill! The wear time of this eyeliner is a joke, believe me! In no time it smudges into a gooey mess and gives horrendous raccoon eyes. There is nothing else to say about it because it defies the very definition of a kohl and unless someone digs panda eyes, they should not buy this product.
Conclusion: This is a cheap, but equally useless product and is not worth even a penny! But, if someone like me ends up buying it, they might as well use it to get smudged smokey look or as a base for dark powder eye shadows. But, apart from that I can think of no use.

No, never! And, I would urge others to not buy it either. But, we cannot deny the fact that this brand has other products such as eye shadows that are totally worth a try.
