Blackberry and Yogurt Face Mask: Do It Yourself

Hello everybody,

I am back with a super easy yet super effective do-it-yourself Blackberry Yogurt Honey Face Mask.

Things you will need:

• 2-3 Fresh blackberries.
• 1 tsp yogurt, preferably full fat.
• ½ tsp honey.

(I have taken less quantity as I am making this mask for one use only. I like to make homemade masks fresh every time I want use it).

Method:

• Take a couple of blackberries and mash them into a pulp with a fork. They are already soft, so this shouldn’t take a lot of effort.



• Mix in whipped yogurt with some honey.



• Mix and apply all over face and neck.



• Keep on for 15-20 minutes and wash off with warm water followed by cold water.

You will notice radiant face immediately.  This mask works wonders for my dry skin, but I would say it is suitable for all skin types. The only con of this face mask is that it smells so delicious that it takes all the strength I have to resist eating it.

Benefits:

Yogurt is packed with nutrients which softens your skin and lightens dark spots.  The honey is anti-inflammatory which also heals skin while encouraging tissue growth and will also seal in the moisture.  Blackberries are rich in antioxidants and also works on signs of wrinkles and provide radiance to the skin.
