My Experience with Bobbi Brown Intensive Skin Supplement Serum
I bought this serum with real high hopes considering the ingredients and claims. It sort of didn’t do much for me unfortunately. I am almost finished using the bottle last month itself and I barely noticed any major change or improvement in my overall skin appearance.
It comes in this gorgeous old school glass bottle with a dropper. I absolutely adore the packaging. It’s effective , sweet and simple.
It is a viscous white colour serum. It goes on evenly on skin and after I apply it, my skin feels a bit stretchy. It gets absorbed quickly but my skin craves for a moisturiser once I apply this.
It contains really good ingredients such as grape extract, glycerin, birch extract, castor oil etc. Also it’s water based so makes it easier to use.
It is a cloudy viscous serum that spreads easily and gets absorbed in the skin quickly.
I have used this product for way too long to see if my skin was showing any improvements, I didn’t notice. It’s more like a good-to-include product in your skin care regime because it is not harming your skin atleast… But then I do not want to repurchase it. I have used it diligently both day and night regularly for months and my skin has been just okay…nothing better or worse.
I didn’t see any claims come out true for me in terms of – firmer, smoother, radiant skin. It’s like you keep using it and it would keep your skin okay kinds..
It does not have any distinctive smell, which actually is a good thing. Some people are sensitive to fragrances in their skin care. That thing is sorted here.
Now I have started using another serum, that I’d tell you about later on and that has shown such amazing change in my skin. I got even more convinced that I would not be repurchasing this. Nothing good or bad about it. Very meh!
For reference, I have normal to dry skin.
