My Experience with Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Cushion Compact SPF 35:

It comes in this big black compact with a sponge on top of it. There is a partition in between the real sponge and the compartment where you keep the sponge. This kind of a packaging keeps the sponge clean, but I would like to mention that the sponge itself is not very good for application. It’s just an okay-dokey kind of sponge.

Also, the foundation only comes out from the center of the foundation and not from all around, so it kind of does not spread evenly on the sponge. That said, this cushion foundation provides very sheer to light coverage, I mean it’s one of the lightest coverage foundations that I have ever used. It pretty much does nothing for the skin and if there is any foundation that I have really not liked from Bobbi Brown, this has got to be the one. Also, it does not stay long. It also settles into fine lines.

It kind of disappears from different areas of face after like only hour of application. You have got to have very perfect skin if you need something like this.

I feel you can get better and cheaper cushion foundations than this Bobbi Brown foundation. I have barely come across any bad product from Bobbi Brown, but if there is one, this has got to be the one.

My shade is “Medium” in this cushion foundation range, which kind of matches my skin tone perfectly. It pretty much does nothing to my skin and whatever little it does, I have only found it to be patchy and settling into my lines.

I would not really recommend this foundation. There are loads of Korean brands these days from where you can pick up a good cushion foundation. I think you can totally skip this one from Bobbi Brown.
