There are two new baked blushes in the collection – 01 Petal and 02 Coral

Price : Rs 945

These are baked blushes , have a soft subtle shimmer to them and are not highly pigmented. I would say these are best for people who just want very natural flush to their cheeks. The pigment in not strong enough so you would never go overboard with these. I think I had a little higher expectations from these.

01 Coral:

In Coral blush the pink has a soft coraly touch to it but it’s not “coral” and the peach is a true peach colour that would work as a highlight.

Following are the swatches and I had to swipe the colour atleast 4-5 times to make it visible.

01 Petal :

The pink in this blush is still pigmented . It has a multicolour micro-shimmer to it that gives a soft sheen to the colour and the highlighter is a pale peach colour. Not at all for people with dusky complexion.

Following are the swatches :

Pink is 2-3 swipes of colour and highlighter is 4-5 swipes.. On cheeks it would just give that morning pink glow.

Among the two, coral would be better suited for most Indian complexions because it has a little warmth to it. Petal is a cooler duo and would work well for people with fair complexions especially with pink undertones.

Overall I would just wish that these were more pigmented.

What do you think?

  2. Wow…they all look like show pieces….I would never use them for what they are meant…I would just place them as showpieces 😀 . 3. So I went and got me one of these of all things! Didn’t expect to..after having seen it here already and not so great review. Went to buy their lip and cheek stain and since these things were on display the SA was overly enthusiastic about showing it all off to me. She started with eye-shadows which looked so-so on my skin and then I thought what the heck, let me try the coral blush and wonder of wonders.. it looks great on my brown skin! I was a bit worried about the shimmer but came home and tried them again and they look gorgeous for an everyday look. A light pinkish glow to the cheeks..I think its going to me my staple ‘to-office’ blush now. Its funny how sometimes products u have high expectations from don’t really deliver on you like it does others and some underrated products look great.
