My experience with The Body Shop Olive Beautifying oil:

The reason I purchased this olive oil is the lovely scent. It comes in a sturdy plastic bottle with the top with a small hole, I’m not happy with the packaging because the cap got damaged easily, the bottle is not travel friendly , the reason why I purchased this is the lovely light scent, I used olive oil from many brands in past but some of them smell like vegetable or salad etc but this smells divine I’m in love with the smell, this has some refreshing earthy note smell. The texture of the oil is light and it absorbs into my hair easily without giving sticky feeling, it nourishes my hair very well and gives shine and smoothness to my hair, I usually use this once a week and I saw a difference in my hair, works great as massage oil too. I recommend this hair to all especially people with damaged and dull hair, other than using as hair oil. This is one of the best makeup remover without irritating my skin, it absorbs pretty well into skin and does not cause any breakouts, and the best part about this product is a little goes a long way. I also apply this oil on my lips during night time. Overall if you want to try this oil and find it pricey then I suggest you to get this during offers, discounts, and coupons.

  2. Hey there. I use olive oil to remove my makeup but it is really sticky. Can this be used as a body massage oil? I would like to keep it on for moisturising but since i have oily skin i can not do so with the other ones. So is it good for oily skin?

    1. Hey Shreya,
Olive oil feels sticky while removing makeup but this is an exception, its light weight,
U can use this as a body massage oil, during winter tym sometimes I used to massage this oil on my face and dan wash it off wid luke warm water and moisturize as usual, even my skin is oily acne prone but it didn’t broke me out, but yess if ur skin is super duper oily acne prone dan skip using this over face 🙂

      1. Thanks soo much.you are right i’ll skip using this over the face but would definately pick it for massages. Love reading your posts and ootds. Great work
