I am one of those unfortunate ones who sweat like crazy. My feet in summers are always sweaty and sometimes I get so annoyed because I can’t wear heels or jelly footwear. I am always looking for footwear which has absorbable fabric in their soles. Since I sweat a lot in my feet and palms, summer is a season when I use a lot of cooling or peppermint products, obviously because it keeps me calm and sweat free (for a little while only though). I have got products from one such range from The Body Shop. They have this whole range of peppermint cooling products especially for feet and each and every product is amazing! Today, I will talk about one such product – Peppermint Cooling Spray. So, let’s dig into the review.

My Experience with The Body Shop Peppermint Cooling Foot Spray:
It comes in a transparent spray plastic bottle with a security cap over it and appears light blue in color, which looks very summery. Spray nozzle is of good quality and it sprays a generous amount in just one press. I believe the packaging is quite travel friendly and I can easily carry this whenever I am traveling in summers.
First of all, let’s just take some time to adore its fragrance – it is absolutely fabulous. Half of the time, I use this just to smell its awesome fragrance. Whenever I use it, my room fills up with a light peppermint scent, which I love.
As it has peppermint oil, whenever I apply, it imparts a cooling sensation to my feet and eliminates any odour due to sweat. I generally use it after coming back home, after I wash my feet with water. I also use it after home pedicure session. Although it is not an “over the top” product which I would label as a must have, but still, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to pamper their feet once in a while and for those people who sweat profusely like me. I love to use this cooling spray especially after scrubbing my feet with TBS Peppermint Cooling Foot Scrub.

Great product i must say, i should try this too. Summertime = hyperactive sweat glands. Mint fragrance is just so perfect in this weather. i have been using body shop products but never came across this one. thanks for sharing honest review, cheers

Indeed it smells great. I love it for its smell. You should definitely give it a try. Its available at all TBS stores. You can find it next to Mens Skincare shelf generally.
