Hello Gorgeous Ladies,
The product I am reviewing today is Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue from one of my favorite brands, “The Body Shop.”
First aid for feet! Now with grape acids to work even harder to soften hard skin, while you sleep. Provides an overnight moisture serge to target dry cracked heels so you can wake up to softer, smoother skin.
Rs. 570 for 100 ml.
It comes in a super cute pink and blue color combination tub which says “smoothing Community Trade cocoa butter, peppermint oil and grape acids soften hard skin and help prevent dry cracked heels.”
Massage feet twice a week with this product.
My Take on The Body Shop Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue:
When you say peppermint, one instantly remembers the good old childhood days when we used to feast on those yummy peppermint candies and obviously, who would forget Wrigley’s Spearmint gum?!! Could you ever imagine that the main ingredient of these little treats can work wonders for your feet? The Body Shop Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue does make you believe and feel it.
This product is a foot cream which has a gorgeous pink color and yes no points for guessing, an amazing peppermint fragrance which gets you nostalgic about those yummy peppermint candies. It has a light texture and consistency. It instantly absorbs into the skin without making it creamy or greasy which makes it suitable to wear and leave on without having to wear your anklets or stockings over to keep the product glued to the heels. It has a satin-like finish which you can feel while applying to your feet. It instantly hydrates the skin and makes it supple and soft. You can actually see the result in less than a week.
It works really well and can treat the worst of cracked heels. This can be used as a massage cream by those lucky people who do not have cracked heels. Trust me, it will just make your feet more beautiful and soft.
All in all, an awesome product and mostly suitable during winters, but I occasionally develop dry skin around my heels during summers as well, so I prefer using this product all seasons through. It gives me “Happy Feet.”
I occasionally apply this product and then wrap my feet in warm towel for some time and later I just use a foot file to scrub off the dead skin. After this, I reapply the cream and leave it overnight and voila, I have amazing feet the morning after!
Pros of The Body Shop Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue:
- Smooth texture and pretty color.
- Pleasant peppermint smell which leaves your feet smelling fresh and amazing!
- Instantly absorbs into the skin and makes the skin soft and supple.
- A small amount of this product is enough for single application.
Cons of The Body Shop Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue:
- Usually people would not spend much on a foot cream. So, I feel it is slightly more priced as compared to other competitive brands.
- Other than this, I could not list down any other con for this product. It’s definitely a foot saver!
Will I Repurchase The Body Shop Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue?
Yes, I will definitely repurchase this product as it helps to keep my feet healthy and soft.
Wish you all “Happy Feet!”
