I have always loved and preferred The Body Shop body butters. But after trying Superdrug Body Butter and being completely satisfied by it, I have become more open to trying body butters from various brands. The good part of Boots compared to Superdrug is they offer mini body butters for the customers, and it’s such a saviour. When you are not sure about the results of any product, indulging in a mini version is much better. This time I picked three mini body butters and body washes from Boots and here is the first review. While browsing the Boots store in Strand, London, I checked different body butters from their Extracts range. And I was surprised to know that Boots has so many different variants of body butters from cocoa, mango, Brazil nut to strawberry, Satsuma and vanilla. The list is endless. I picked up a few body butters and today I am reviewing Strawberry Body Butter for you.

My Experience with Boots Extracts Strawberry Body Butter:
I feel that strawberry fragrance is the popular choice when it comes to any fruity fragrant bath and body products. Almost every brand has its own range of strawberry fragrance products. Boots Extracts offers strawberry body spray, body butter and body wash.
The body butter is packaged in a typical tub with a dark pink screw cap. The tub makes the users to conveniently dip their fingers into it for application. However, the downside is it gets into the nails!
Boots Extracts Strawberry Body Butter has all the properties of a good moisturiser. It hydrates your skin perfectly, especially those dry regions like elbows, knees, palms and neck. It is certainly very soft and keeps the skin smooth throughout the day. This body butter positively comes to the rescue during winters where in you need to keep your skin completely moisturised. It softens your skin surface and keeps the skin away from cracking or flaking. It is not at all greasy and the fruity smell of strawberry will really uplift your mood to another level.
It has a fresh, fruity strawberry and floral fragrance which is not very strong, overpowering and heavy. The buttery texture pampers your skin. I have used many body butters and this pretty peachy body butter is not at all disappointing. Beauties who love strawberry will definitely vouch for it. It has a lovely thin consistency and gets instantly absorbed into the skin.
Boots has used the organic version of strawberry extracts and this body butter has a special element of shea butter. Yes, in its Boots Extracts range, shea butter is used for its beneficial moisturising properties. This keeps the skin soft, suave and refined. Personally, I feel that the best time to apply body butter is after your shower. Your skin is completely cleansed and then you apply body butter to keep it nourished throughout the day.
It is reasonably priced too. However, I bought the mini version so it’s perfectly good and easy for travel. It will be brilliant to buy during offers though!
