How did the last week go for you? Hope you all had a relaxing weekend. Mine was really great..Durga Puja is knocking on the door and the shopping for the biggest Bengali festival has started already. Going shopping whenever I’m getting some time off college and yet it seems like so much is yet to be bought!!Shoes, bags, tops, pants, junk jewelries..And the list goes endless..This is the best part of the pre-puja time..It’s just so much fun!!Anyways coming back, I will review yet another Boots product…I just can’t get enough of them, gosh!! Anyways this review is about “Boots Ingredients Coconut and Almond Shampoo for Normal and Dry Hair” shampoo that I bought just a couple of weeks back.

“With Natural Extracts Of Coconut And Almond Boots Ingredients Shampoo Is Specially Formulated To Cleanse And Moisturize Hair For Softness And Shine.”

This shampoo is coconut and almond variant and comes in a transparent bottle with a flip-open cap. It has some illustrations of coconut and almond on its body which gives it a very neat and classy look. The shampoo itself is crystal clear; basically it has no color at all; the shampoo has a medium consistency. Now coming to the best part, the fragrance, all of the boots hair care products that I’ve used, fragrance goes right on top of its “best aspects” list of each product. It smells magical and so natural and pure…a sweet smell of coconut, a fragrance so soft and delightful that it could keep you enchanted sniffing it for quite a reasonable span of time.

My experience with Boots Ingredients Coconut and Almond Shampoo:

Boots products have never let me down, I’m just all in for this brand when it comes to hair care. It’s as if they’re formulated just for the type of hair I have. This worked no different for me. You start lathering up your hair and you could feel the softness instantly, more so when you start washing it off. The beautiful, bewitching fragrance lingers all over hair and the bathroom is filled up with it. The consistency is just whats needed and the shampoo lathers up instantly. It’s the perfect food for dry and brittle hair as it moisturizes hair really good and leaves it soft and tamed. I haven’t encountered any hair fall yet, it’s just the normal number of hair (which is not so much *touch wood*) that I lose during any shower, hence I wouldn’t say that it reduces hairfall. It cleanses up all the dirt from hair which makes the hair shine with happiness. I have used it with both Boots Avocado and Macadamia conditioner and Boots Ingredients Acacia Honey and Jojoba Intensive Hair Treatment post shampooing, and the results are equally great. I have tried the shampoo also without any conditioner or mask post usage, that too makes the hair all that is mentioned above!

Cons of Boots Ingredients Coconut and Almond Shampoo:

• Doesn’t help in reducing hairfall.
• Not for those with oily scalp.

So do I recommend Boots Ingredients Coconut and Almond Shampoo?

Yes I do…if you spot one you might as well give it a try. But I don’t recommend it to those who have an oily scalp.

Would I repurchase Boots Ingredients Coconut and Almond Shampoo?

Yes I would… But I also would love to try out the other variants.
