I have literally picked up all these solo eyeshadows for everyday wear. They looked so wearable and almost like having an entire neutral color palette, in case I depot them. You can see more shades in Willow, Midnight, and Asteroid on IMBB. This is a pale light gold shimmer shade in Barley. Have a look:

My Experience with Boots Natural Collection Barley Solo Eyeshadow:
Unfortunately, this shade turned out to be chalky and shimmery, much to my dislike. The color is very lovely light gold to highlight the lid for brighter eyes, but the texture is chalky.
Even though it might show up well, it feels gritty and shimmer has fall out. The color fades in three or less hours without a base. I love the color but the texture just turns me off. This could have been great to fill on the lid and then use a deeper crease color but it hasn’t worked well for me.
Pros of Boots Natural Collection Barley Solo Eyeshadow:
• Pretty pale gold shade.
• Shimmer for festive dressing.
• Brightens the lid and eyes.
Cons of Boots Natural Collection Barley Solo Eyeshadow:
• Very chalky and powdery.
• Fall out.
• Barely stays for two hours on me.

Not really, but other shades are worth the cost and more.
