With the encouragement that the IMBB team has given me, I think I’m on a review-writing roll.It an absolute delight to write for a blog that is run by some compassionate, kind and lovely people.

So,a while ago, I was suffering from a little bout of breakout, when I went to buy this cleanser. My skin is dry to normal, however, if I have too much junk food, I end up inviting those pesky little pimples. Generally, acne targeting products have drying agents such as Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid etc. However, since my skin is already dry, these products don’t really do much for me, except invite other problems. When I let the SA know about my concerns, she directed me towards this cleanser. Seemed like a true match found, but did it deliver the results? Let’s find out.

My Experience with Boots No7 Beautiful Skin Foaming Cleanser:

After using this cleanser for about a month, I have developed mixed feelings about this product. Its smells absolutely fresh and divine, just exactly how I like my mornings to begin. The smell lingers for a while and the cleanser gives a nice squeaky clean feel. A single pump is enough to clean the entire face. The skin begins to feel tighter after some time, with no signs of dryness. Though it says it is for oily/normal skin, I think it works better for oily skin only. It doesn’t remove waterproofmakeup very easily. I always have to use my BiodermaSensibio H2O to finish that task. Did it make my skin seem healthier? Not really. In spite of using it for a while, it neither did much for my breakout, nor did it increase it. This was actually never meant to target acne, so it turned out to be a bummer product for me. It is a decent cleanser for what it claims, however, since I fell prey to the SA’s convincing power, now I have a bottle with light green liquid, adorning my washroom :p This product has rave reviews on the Boots website, so I was a little disappointed that it didn’t have any miraculous effect on my skin. There are many other cleansers which deliver similar results at less than half of this price. As for me, I’ll try and be a smarter consumer before an SA tries to brainwash me 😀

 Lasts for a long, long time

Cons of Boots No7 Beautiful Skin Foaming Cleanser:

 Can be a little drying for normal skin beauties
 Gives a tight skin feeling, not tighter pores as claimed
 Doesn’t make skin look healthy as claimed

Would I Buy or Recommend Boots No7 Beautiful Skin Foaming Cleanser ?
