I love products from Boots. Not that they perform exceptionally well, but the variety of products that the brand offers in the affordable price range is enough to make me buy loads from them. I had picked up this eye cream from London airport. The reason was that due to constant travelling, my under-eye area had started to look very dull. This would become more noticeable when I applied makeup. I needed a lightweight cream to hydrate the area. This came without a hefty price tag, so I got it. Read on for the full review.

My Experience with Boots Simply Sensitive Hydrating Eye Cream:
Packaging: I quite like the “no frills” yet serene and effective packaging of this product. The 15 ml tube comes enclosed in a light cardboard box. The color theme is white and green, which looks quite soothing. It is travel friendly and has no risk of breakage. The pointed nozzle ensures a tiny amount comes out when you squeeze the tube. The tube and the box contains all product details.
With prolonged fatigue, my eye area looked dull and puffy, and I knew it was time to set the ball rolling. Delaying action could make under-eye area wrinkle prone and that would be tougher to reverse. I started using this cream and now that I have used it up almost, I can review it.
The cream is very lightweight. It feels very soothing and the cream-gel texture is a dream for the delicate skin. It doesn’t feel heavy, greasy or thick, yet it does it job, that is to hydrate the region. I apply it prior to applying makeup and my eye makeup goes on much better. I use it before sleeping, after completing my CTM routine.
In the morning, my under-eye looks fresh and hydrated. It definitely moisturizes the area, prevents makeup from creasing and settling into fine lines. It helps with the dullness too, my eyes look brighter and the puffiness has certainly reduced. It takes time to show results on fine lines and crows’ feet. As it nourishes the area, it banishes signs of ageing. Incorporating a night cream is a good idea, even if you don’t have major concerns. This one doesn’t set you back by more than 2 pounds and yet works well.
