Product Description:

Skin clear daily face scrub is formulated by Boots skincare experts to lift away the impurities and oil that lead to blackheads. The unique blackhead-fighting formulation gives visible results and the special exfoliating micro beads leave skin beautifully soft, glowing and clear.

Product Claims:

• Lifts away dead cells.
• Unclogs pores.
• Gentle enough for everyday use.

Packaging:

It comes in a white and blue coloured sturdy plastic tube which has a flip top cap. The cap clicks shut tightly. The hole beneath is right to expel the scrub.

Directions To Use:

Apply to wet face, gently massaging the scrub onto face using circular motions, avoiding the delicate eye are. Rinse well.

My Take on Boots Skin Clear Daily Face Scrub:

I always like Superdrug’s products better when compared to Boots.  With Boots what I have is perfect love and hate relationship :D. One month back, I got some coupons through which I could buy only Boots products and that is when I picked this scrub. I am a kind of person who falls for good quality thick apricot scrubs that has enough granules. This scrub however was completely opposite. The consistency is like of body lotion and is white in colour. The scrub has very minute and little amount of blue granules that act as scrubbing agent.

I mix it with a little water and rub it all over my face and neck, it lathers fine and spreads nicely. As the name suggests, it is a daily face scrub, that is the reason (I think) that it is so mild and soft in nature. Anyway, I used this for a month, every alternate day and all I can say is that it is okay. It does not clear blackheads or unclog pores very effectively, but it does clean skin very well, like squeaky clean. It is not at all harsh on skin and in fact will be good for dry skin girls (like me) as this is creamy and does not leave your skin super roughed out dry. For me, this is a perfect daily face scrub or is actually more like face wash.

• Makes skin squeaky clean.
• Nice creamy texture which is suitable for dry skin.
• Very gentle on skin.
• Does not make skin super dry after washing off.
• Suitable for daily usage.
• Good sturdy packaging.

Cons of Boots Skin Clear Daily Face Scrub:

• Does not clear blackheads.
• Limited availability in India.

Anyone who is looking for a mild scrub that can be used daily, then yes, do buy this one. Do not buy if you like intense scrub with loads of granules.

Will I Repurchase Boots Skin Clear Daily Face Scrub?

For daily usage, yes, but for hard core cleaning, I will buy some heavy formulated granule scrub.
