My Experience with Boots Time Delay Youth Maintain Luminosity Serum:

I adore the lovely packaging. It’s not the just pretty, but very functional. It comes in pearly white bottle, with pink band. It has a pump dispenser which works effortlessly. The pump releases the right pea sized amount. The bottle comes enclosed in a cardboard box. All product details are neatly mentioned. The 50 ml bottle is sturdy and very travel friendly.

The texture is creamy and unlike some of the other serums I have used in the past. It is not a thick cream, and can easily be squeezed out through the pump. It has a mild pleasant scent, very similar to some Ponds’ product I have used in my teens.

It spreads easily and gets absorbed in seconds. Truly, my skin feels very soft and supple. I agree that this is not very nourishing, but it is meant as a serum and not a cream or moisturizer. For my normal-oily skin, it works really well. Just the right amount of nourishment without making my skin greasy.

It immediately smoothens my skin and makes it very hydrated and nourished. I have oily skin, which is turning dry with the nip in the air. I like lightweight nourishment which doesn’t make me feel sweaty. This serum didn’t break me out and gives a glow. I use this before makeup, so that my base goes on smoother on moisturized skin. It helps with my pores too, makes them less noticeable.

At night I use it alone, or use an additional cream if needed. I wake up to fresh skin, with no oiliness. It has certainly boosted my skin glow. I don’t have wrinkle issues, but I feel my laugh lines which were slightly showing show (especially with makeup on) have diminished a bit. For the price, I totally recommended product.
