My Experience with Calvin Klein Escape Eau de Parfum:
A few days back, I got a mail that my loyalty points are expiring at a beauty store. With all the points, I bought this perfume at a throwaway price and I am super happy with the purchase.
The Calvin Klein Escape Eau de Parfum comes packaged in a sealed cardboard box which bears all the product related information on it. The bottle is made up of glass and it comes with a silver coloured plastic cap. The cap shuts tightly making an audible click sound. The perfume, being a 100ml bottle feels a bit bulky to carry around.
Initially, the perfume provides a heavy smell. But, the real scent of the perfume starts only after 15-20 minutes after which it provides a floral smell and settles into a mix of citrus, amber and apricot smell. The middle notes are lychee and rose which feel very light. The base notes are musk and sandalwood. The longest scent that you can feel on your body is the smell of melons. I guess this is because of the fruity notes in the perfume.
Use only 2-3 sprays of this perfume else you will smell like a melon bomb. The staying power of the perfume is great because even the finest of perfumes vanish away soon from my heat body. It stays for around 6-8 hours after which it starts fading away. Also, the perfume stays on my clothes for many weeks and it performs well in summers too. Overall, the perfume is feminine, strong and sexy.
