My Experience with Catrice 100 Upper Brown Side Longlasting Lip Pencil:
Many people don’t prefer to use a lip liner because of the look it creates when used with nude lips. I believe that the liner is a personal choice and I cannot live without one. A lip liner makes the lip look fuller and more defined. It also prevents the lipstick from bleeding and feathering. It’s like sealing the lipstick to stay put within the lips. There are thousands of options in the market. Give it a try and don’t miss the opportunity to get the best looking lips.
Now coming to Catrice longlasting lip pencil 010 Upper Brownside, it’s a brownish pink in color. Remember the Kylie Jenner lip? 😉 The color is so great that it compliments well with Indian skin tone. It doesn’t look obvious on the lips. I can use it with most of my lipsticks especially nude ones and plumy colors. It compliments almost every lipstick and gloss in my vanity.
The texture is creamy and glides smoothly on the lips. I did use the color to completely color my lips a few times. I did look great. I also made sure to use it on well moisture lips. Lip pencils tend to look dry when used on complete lips, but not this one. I would rather describe it as a perfect balance between dry and moist.
The product is waterproof and lasts quite long on lips without major fading or creating patches. It did last my eating and drinking sessions. I never require touch-ups.
Conclusion: Great quality with low price. Catrice is always attracting customers with accessories like sharpener or brushes and so on. Unfortunately, this doesn’t have any. A self-sharpening packaging would have been perfect.
