While my hunt for the perfect eyeliner continues, today I will be reviewing Catrice Don’t Leave Me! Waterproof Liquid Liner. So read on to know more.

My Experience with Catrice Don’t Leave Me! Waterproof Liquid Liner:
One of the reasons I picked up was due to its name. It kept telling me: “Please Don’t leave me!” ; a pretty name. Even though I had a hate relationship with the previous Ultra slim eyeliner pen of Catrice, I decided to take this product as I liked the applicator and the product itself was very sleek and thin.
The eyeliner comes in a black sleek bottle with blue words. Initially, I didn’t know which was the cap and the bottom. The bottle is very sleek and thin. It easily fits into a purse like a pen. I absolutely love it. The cap is tight enough and there are no chances of leakages. The liquid liner has a felt tip applicator. There are no hair popping out on the sides and thus gives a precise line. The applicator can be used for making thick or thin lines perfectly.
The liner has a semi thick consistency. It is thick and dries super quick. The liner dries within 5-10 seconds of application. The color is intense black but it doesn’t have a matte finish; it is a little glossy. My personal choice is always a matte eyeliner. The eyeliner draws smooth lines. They can be easily glided over the eye and can be built up for thicker lines without a fuss as the lines dry pretty fast. The eye liner has an intense black pigment and also lasts long. The eyeliner stayed on my eyes for good 6-7 hours without any primer or base and just on moisturizer and I am sure with the right products it can really be long.
The liner does flake off after this period and after 4 hours; I have noticed that the lines near the inner corner of the eye starts disappearing. I do not even touch my eye and this is something that I have been experiencing with this product. The product is waterproof and thus you can go to beaches/pools/in rain and still look stylish!
But the waterproof advantage comes with a minus point in this Catrice eyeliner. If you use water or water based make up removers, the eyeliner makes this tiny flakes that stay everywhere on the face and can irritate if it gets into the eyes. So only oil or oil based makeup removers have to be used for removing the product. But other than this, I have no issues with the product and I am quite happy about the product. So summing up:

Cons of Catrice Don’t Leave Me! Waterproof Liquid Liner:
• Breaks and flakes after 8 hours and needs to be reapplied.
• Needs to be removed with oil-based makeup removers or oil; with water based product they flake off.
