Chambor #104 Majolica Blue Orosa Sculpting Eye Shadow Review

Skin tone: Medium with yellow undertones

I find eyeshadow sticks so convenient whether I have to add just a flush of color on the eyelids or for proper eye makeup. I do not apply makeup every day but I do love my eyeshadows and eyeliners. I wanted to give this shadow stick a try for I love Chambor eyeliners. Let’s see if this stick could impress me too. 🙂

My Experience with Chambor Orosa #103 Honey Gold Sculpting Eye Shadow:

This stick comes in a signature Orosa packaging. It looks quite luxe and has all the details about the product. Hence, I refuse to throw this cardboard packaging away. The eyeshadow stick is color coded and has its name and number printed over it. I love the fact that it comes with a sharpener and that it has a twist mechanism. The cap shuts with a click, which is another plus. This kind of packaging is perfect for people who travel a lot for you need not carry palettes or singles. Just a few sticks of your choice and you can double these shadows as liners too.

The consistency and texture both of this eyeshadow are dreamy. It gets applied so easily without any tugs or pulls. It is so easy to blend the shadow with your fingers as well as with a brush. This shadow looks perfect even when worn with other shades. It blends easily with them, even if I use a powdery shadow(s).

The shade of Majolica Blue is a lovely teal blue; it has gorgeous micro shimmer in it. I love all shades of blue when it comes to eye makeup. I feel that blue bring out the best of my brown eyes. It does have micro shimmer but it does not feel gritty. In fact the shimmer add to the beauty of this shade. This is an amazing shade to use for night time makeup looks. I feel it can be used during the day too if you like to add colors to your eyes. You can easily adjust the intensity of the color depending upon how stark or light you want your shadow to look.

It starts to fade after 5-6 hours from my lids. A primer might increase the staying power but I guess this much staying powder is sufficient considering it is an eyeshadow. I feel this is a great option for eye makeup lovers and especially for beginners. Women on-the-go will also find it convenient. It offers ease of application and good performance.
