Hello Everyone,
For me, makeup shopping nowadays is like, “oh new launch?”, buy it! Well, thanks to my bosses for this indulgence, I get to buy and try new products. Spotted this on the shelves of Chambor and grabbed it. Here is the review of Trinity by Chambor.
Price:
Rs. 1195/- for 15 gm.
My Experience with Chambor Rosetta Trinity All Over Face Powder:
Starting with the packaging, Chambor just nailed it. Super smart outer paper carton with typical floral prints and hologram effect. The details about the product is mentioned at the back of the carton. The compact is very stylish in super shiny mirror-like effect. It catches finger prints like crazy. There is an in-built mirror but there is no applicator. I really do not complain regarding that as the inclusion of a brush would have taken away the compactness of the packaging.
The texture of the powder is slightly hard when touched with bare fingers, but when a brush is swirled over the powder, somehow a lot of product gets picked up. I have to be careful while using the brush with the compact.
I have ended up looking like a disco ball a few times, before I could really figure out how to deal with it. There are micro shimmers in the powder which are not much visible on the swatch but on the face they actually show up.
The 3 shades are kind of universal as this is not for coverage. This can be ideal for the heavy foundation concealer days when your face tends to look flat and boring. I feel this is ideal for the dry skinned beauties who want to highlight the cheekbones and bridge of the nose, but this is definitely not an all-over powder unless you want to walk the ramp. I have used the pink shade as a blush as it works pretty well in terms of staying power, like 4 hours minimum.
There is a sweet smell to the powder, more like “gulaal,” if you know how it smells. Thankfully, it does not stay for long post application. This is not an everyday product, but to add the glow to high points on the face, this is a good option; more so because I have rarely seen such products in the drugstore brands. Kudos to Chambor for the concept but double check before you buy it, as it can make or break the whole makeup look.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Chambor Rosetta Trinity All Over Face Powder?
I would not repurchase as I have oily skin and my face shines even when I do not want it to; but if you are looking for a party wear glow powder this is a drugstore option that you should definitely check out.

not at all for daily use…
price is justified if you consider this to be a unique one in drugstores!
also chambor is slightly high priced when compared to Maybelline or Faces
