My Experience with Chapstick Mixstix Lemon Berry Sorbet:

The packaging of the product is simple and attractive. This is a dual ended lip balm. The tube is white in colour and it bears a label indicating the product details. It has coloured caps on both sides and they look vibrant. These caps fit in tightly making an audible click sound. This is a typical twist up lip balm that works pretty smoothly. Overall, the packaging is nice and travel-friendly. This is a mixstix that carries two variants of lip balms in a single tube. The raspberry side is pretty pink in colour and it has a strong tangy berry fragrance. Though the fragrance is little strong, I’m loving it. The smell lasts for some half an hour or so.

Though the lip balm bullet looks pinkish, the lip balm is actually colourless. It does not impart any colour on the lips. The lemon side is stiff but it does soften up your lips once you start using it. It has a mild lemon fragrance, which is pretty mild and non-bothering. The lemon sided lip balm looks clear and it does not give any colour or sheen to the lips. A fun flavour is created when both of these variants are combined together. But, it is quite difficult to achieve that lemon berry sorbet flavour as the berry flavour is so strong and dominating over the lemon one.

The consistency is as smooth and creamy as some of the other ChapSticks I own. It does not drag the lips. The formula is lightweight and non-sticky. It does not feel waxy or heavy on the lips. Both the variants deeply moisturise the lips. It keeps my dry and chapped lips moisturised and hydrated for pretty long. The lip balm bullet does not melt even in hot summers.

There is no SPF added with these lip balms. Therefore, it is not fit to be used under the sun. The lip balm does not impart any colour or sheen to the lips. This makes it fit to be used under the matte lipsticks. It stays on my lips for 4 hours nicely. The lip balm fades off immediately even with a little snacking and requires reapplication. Overall, I love this fun product.
