Application Tips:

Packaging:
The beauty wand highlighter comes packaged in a good quality rose gold coloured tube with a twister and a cap. A sponge applicator is attached to the twister, which needs to be twisted to open the tube and mildly press the tube to squeeze out the product. After use, it is important to twist back and close the tube. The tube comes packaged in a burgundy coloured cardboard box. Product can be termed travel-friendly.
My Experience with Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Beauty Light Highlighter Wand:
I bought Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand and charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Beauty Light Highlighter Wand together, for contouring and highlighting. Charlotte Tilbury has launched this hollywood light beauty wand in one universal shade; “rose gold” for all skin tones.
Texture is gel-like cream and it applies smoothly. I apply this highlighter directly to my skin using the sponge applicator. I blend it using my finger tips, by tapping and buffing this product into my skin. Blends easily using finger tips. Once blended does not accentuate any imperfections or scars. Intensity can be built up by reapplication. I like the mild natural glow, it imparts to my face. I apply it above my cheek bones and on the centre of my nose. I sometimes apply it above my upper lip in the centre to highlight the cupid of my lips, between the brows and on my chin. It helps brighten up my facial features. Does not feel sticky or greasy.
This shade is a light rose gold with pearlescent light reflecting particles. It instantly brightens and gives a luminous finish. Does not accentuate or enhance dry skin. Does not dry or irritate my sensitive skin. I use it occasionally as and when required. Highlighting is not my daily cup of coffee. I wanted to pick this beauty highlighter wand from the day it was launched and I am glad that I did it. The only problem I encountered was to squeeze out the product for the first time; it took some efforts. I almost thought that the tube was empty!
