Continuing with the series of reviews on Charlotte Tilbury “Hot Lips” lipsticks, I have got the shade “Penelope Pink” for you in this post. “Penelope Pink” is a lipstick that has been inspired from celebrity and Hollywood actress Penelope Cruz. My Experience with Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Penelope Pink Lipstick:
I can’t say enough about Charlotte Tilbury’s lipstick packaging – this lipstick is beautiful, elegant, chic and classy.This lipstick comes housed in a beautiful rose gold tube with CT initials embossed on the lid.
The shade name is mentioned at the bottom of the lipstick. The packaging feels luxe. Also, there’s a lip print which comes embossed on the bullet.
“Penelope Pink” is a n*de shade with slight pink undertones. This is a perfect n*de for those who don’t like pink but want a bit more warmth to their lip color. It is creamy, smooth and pigmented.
This lipstick glides on the lips like butter. It imparts medium to full coverage and has a natural shine. Since it is a creamy formula, it feels hydrating on the lips.
Penelope Pink has the fragrance of vanilla. This shade is a re-promote from their “Kissing” lipstick line.
This lipstick lasts pretty well on the lips even though it’s a creamy formula. It lasted for good 4.5 hours on me.
