You guys know how obsessed I am with Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks. It has been a while since I have reviewed a Charlotte Tilbury product and that’s why I have picked up this “Opium Noir” lipstick. It was a limited edition lipstick from Charlotte Tilbury’s holiday collection, but a few days ago, CT has added it to her permanent collection.

My Matte Revolution Lipstick in Opium Noir is a divine deep berry crimson shade that will give you a gorgeous makeup look inspired by screen sirens from the Film Noir era. This matte lipstick has all the ingredients for a lit-from-within pout including triglycerides, antioxidants and 3D glowing pigments.

My Experience with Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Opium Noir Lipstick:

This lipstick comes housed in a rose gold tube which looks stunning in my vanity and dressing table. It does have a vintage feel to it, the CT logo is embossed on the top of the cap and the shade name is mentioned at the bottom of the tube. It totally feels luxurious and classy.

“Opium Noir” is a straight-up berry red shade with a semi-opaque finish which makes it very wearable for younger people. The shade “Opium Noir” belongs to Charlotte Tilbury’s iconic matte revolution range. I absolutely adore this formula, it looks matte, is hydrating, also feels comfortable on the lips. Most importantly, this lipstick lasts for a very long time on the lips. I wasn’t sure about this shade on me at first, but after applying it a couple of times, I began to like it and now I reach for it very often.

This lipstick doesn’t has any scent. It doesn’t feather. Opium Noir will suit a variety of skin tones and is perfect for this time of the year.

Opium Noir is not transferproof and needs reapplication after eating. It stays put for 5 hours without eating or drinking and leaves a beautiful stain behind. It has a velvety finish and doesn’t dry my lips out.
