China Glaze Nail Polish – Rich & Famous
I am back with another nail polish review from China Glaze and this shade is known as Rich and Famous, it’s a very beautiful Barbie pink color.

My Experience with China Glaze Nail Polish – Rich & Famous
These days I am really into nails 😀 be it various nail care products, accessories or nail paints. I always thought that what more could someone do for a nail paint all seem the same but my views changed after I used my first china glaze nail polish. The polish has an incredibly good formula and does not chip even without a top coat after 3-4 days. There are so many nice colours in this brand I can’t have enough but there is a huge problem… only a selected few shades are available in India- thanks to the online shopping sites. The range of nail polishes in china glaze varies from shimmer, glitter, cream, crackle, transitions, magnetic and textured …it’s the ultimate destination for nail polish lovers. This shade from China Glaze is named Rich and Famous, I love products which have names it’s easier to remember them. The bottle is signature China Glaze which is widest at the base and narrow near the mouth and very sturdy (I say this because I dropped it twice and there was not even a single mark). The applicator brush is slim and long which gives a lot of control while applying the polish. Now coming to the application part, I used the Sally Hansen ultimate shield base coat, I was a bit disappointed by the drag while I was applying the first coat. The single coat looked streaky and uneven, I was already feeling sad but when it dried I applied another coat and whoosh!!! It transformed into an opaque glossy Barbie kind of pink…it is a pink that would flatter most skin tones as it is neither too bright nor too dull…it’s just right!! I did 2 coats in the pics but 3 coats would look even better. I have been watching and reading in the news about October being the Breast cancer awareness month, so I would be wearing it all month as my special gesture for those who are battling against it. You could find it in a lot of online stores along with various other shades
Pros of China glaze nail polish Rich & Famous:
1. Long wear polish.
2. No chipping even without top-coat for 4 days.
3. Long applicator brush.
4. Huge variety of colours to choose from.
5. Free of DBP, Toluene and added Formaldehyde.
6. Very glossy even without a top coat.
Cons of China Glaze Nail Polish – Rich & Famous
1. Single coat looks tacky, at least 2 coats are a must.
2. Limited availability.
3. Price could be a con (but the amount of product is generous).
4/5 and -1 is for the streaky single coat.
Would I buy China Glaze Nail Polish – Rich and Famous again?
Yes I would buy, but maybe a different shade.
